DOM PERIGNON: The Legacy Celebration Dinner

Eine Nacht der Legenden 

München, Mittwoch, 17. Oktober 2018: Unter dem Motto „Eine Ära endet, eine neue beginnt“ luden heute Abend Richard Geoffroy und Vincent Chaperon, der amtierende und der zukünftige Kellermeister des Kultchampagners Dom Pérignon, zur Premiere des Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008 in das Ägyptische Museum in München ein und feierten dabei gleichzeitig einen wichtigen Meilenstein in der Geschichte des ikonischen Champagnerhauses. Am 1. Januar 2019 wird Vincent Chaperon neuer Kellermeister im Hause Dom Pérignon. Er folgt auf Richard Geoffroy, der 28 Jahre lang diese Rolle ausfüllte, und der als einer der einflussreichsten und herausragendsten Kellermeister in der Champagne gilt. Vincent Chaperon arbeitet seit 2005 eng mit ihm zusammen.

Nach Paris, London und Mailand geben sich die beiden Dom Pérignon Chefs de Cave in München die Ehre, um im Rahmen eines spektakulären und einzigartigen „Legacy Celebration Dinners“ den Wechsel in dieser wichtigen Position zu würdigen.

Schauspieler und Filmproduzent Antoine Monot Jr. führte gemeinsam mit Richard Geoffroy und Vincent Chaperon durch den Abend voller einzigartiger Genussmomente und sinnlicher Eindrücke.

Neben den beiden Champagner-Größen begeisterte 3-Sternekoch Christian Jürgens von der Überfahrt am Tegernsee die Gäste mit einem grandiosen Vier-Gänge-Menü, das er in Harmonie zu den einzelnen Dom Pérignon Vintages kreierte: edle Kombinationen wie Störmousse, Gin Fizz und Imperial-Persicus-Kaviar zu Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008 oder gefüllter Kartoffelwürfel, Trüffelsalat gepaart mit Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004 machten diesen Abend zu einem einmaligen kulinarischen Gaumen-Erlebnis.

120 exklusiv geladene Gäste, darunter Regine Sixt, Paula Bosch, Anton Andreas Graf von Faber- Castell und Ehefrau Kate, Eckhard Witzigmann, Dr. Nadja Anna Prinzessin zu Schaumburg-Lippe, Ursula Dämmrich-Freifrau von Luttitz, Adrian Runhof, Judith Epstein, Lara Joy Körner, Saskia Diez uvm. genossen diesen außergewöhnlichen und unvergesslichen Abend.
